Sam Rarick worked closely with his father Gary in the Landscaping & Property Management Company his father founded in 1982. Sam took over the family business following his father’s passing in 2011 and expanded the business to focus primarily on paving, drainage systems and excavating.
Our family-owned and operated business has grown from a modest team with a single backhoe to a leading paving service provider in our community and beyond.
